Three bedrooms with excellent views of surrounding countryside and the hills beyond. One double, one twin (that can be made into a double) and one single.

All have spacious fitted wardrobes.

BATHROOM

Comprising a bath with power shower, washbasin and W.C

KITCHEN

The large fitted kitchen is well equipped with a connected boiler room to dry off outdoor clothes and dogs!

 

LOUNGE & DINING ROOM

The separate lounge and dining room have beamed ceilings.

Soft lighting adds to the cosy atmosphere to relax or watch television/video.

· Booking from Saturday to Saturday

· Included in the price— Heating, lighting, gas bed linen and towels, small welcome pack.

· Prices shown per week up to the number of persons described in the brochure.

· Winter prices & long weekend rates are available on request (minimum four nights.

· A deposit of 10% is payable with booking.

· A £50 security deposit per week is requested which will be refunded by post providing that no damage has occurred.

· Dogs are welcome at a cost of £10 per dog/per week.
