The large fitted kitchen is well equipped with a connected boiler room to dry off outdoor clothes and dogs!

Lounge & Dining Room

The separate lounge and dining room have beamed ceilings. Soft lighting adds to the cosy atmosphere to relax or watch television/video.

Heating, lighting, gas, bed linen, towels and a small welcome pack of groceries are included in the price.

Craig Cottage

There are no steps in to the front door of the cottage, but the small 3ft gate entrance is on the mine road and is not good for parking.

Entrance to the Cottage has a 12ft wooden gate in to the garden with ample parking area, two steps down to a concrete path that leads to the backdoor which runs all around the cottage, backdoor is a standard size with a step in doorframe.

Boiler room has quarry tiled flooring -a rail coat hooks for out door clothing.

Kitchen

Has quarried tiled floor, standard door size, and fitted kitchen unit�s standard height worktops, well lit.

Dining Room

Has a wood laminate flooring a rug runner

Dining table with 6 covered dining chairs with out arms

Lounge

There is short-pile carpet with a rug one two sitter sofa one three sitter also a comfortable armchair. There is a remote control for TV Wi-Fi

Stairs

Staircase is carpeted with the banister on the right hand side nine stairs up to a turn with a hand rail on the left side with three more stairs. Upstairs is level throughout.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms and landing have fitted carpets with bedside rugs, touch bedside lamps on bedside lockers.

All doors are standard size with leaver door handles.

Bathroom

Comprising of bath with built-in grad rails with electric shower over the bath. Sink with cabinet.

General Information

The ground floor is level throughout, well lit, doors are standard size with leaver door handles, front porches has quarry tiles floor.

All well behaved dogs welcome fee of �10 per week, no charge for service dogs.
