Booking Procedure

All Bookings are Saturday to Saturday

On receipt of your application form and 10% deposit per week, we will send you a confirmation of booking detailing the balance which is due 8 weeks prior to arrival

In order to avoid disappointment we strongly advise booking on (01624) 880242 or a fax booking on (01624) 880242 which we will hold for 7 days pending receipt of your booking form and deposit

For Bookings made 8 weeks or less before arrival the full amount is payable on booking

On receipt of the balance of invoice you will be sent an acknowledgement together with details of key and welcoming arrangments etc.
